Central Logic Networks and Dines with Western Region Customers
Just before Thanksgiving, I invited a group of healthcare leaders to join me and some colleagues for dinner at the Metropolitan Grille in Seattle, Washington – not a bad place for a pre-Thanksgiving meal! The group, a mix of customers and prospects evaluating Central Logic solutions, included friends from CHI Franciscan, Multicare and University of Washington-Harborview. What a time to count our blessings!
The purpose of the dinner was to create an environment for industry peers and professionals to share ideas, discuss best practices and learn how they can harness Central Logic solutions to positively impact care coordination in their own hospitals. It was also an opportunity for us at Central Logic to listen, garner feedback and learn how to improve our solutions to best fit the specific needs of our customer family and prospective partners.
During pre-dinner cocktails and dinner we enjoyed meaningful conversations about transfer center operations and other important services such as telehealth, discharge tracking and post-discharge care. There were real questions, shared best practices and wish lists for 2017.
The feedback was that everyone loved the event, learned a lot and appreciated the opportunity to connect with peers. They were grateful for the opportunity to share ideas and to Central Logic for facilitating events like this. I heard multiple comments to the effect that “it’s great to talk to people who really understand the issues I face every day!”
For us at Central Logic, it is incredibly rewarding to hear our customers share the value they get from our solutions. At the same time, it is critical for us to always listen to feedback from our customers and prospects on the ground so we can continue to provide the best possible value and innovative products to most effectively meet the needs of healthcare systems nationwide.
