Back on the Road with Ryan
During the month of November, I had the opportunity to hit the road with Haley Hilts, one of our regional sales VPs for the Midwest. Together we visited two Central Logic customers: St. Vincent Hospital in Wisconsin and Carle Foundation Hospital in Illinois.
This was our first visit to St. Vincent Hospital since it became a client. It was a great opportunity to meet most of the team, a few of whom are new in their roles, and show our earnest commitment to making sure they have successful outcomes using Central Logic solutions. Additionally, we learned about their current goals and how we can best help and support those goals as their partner.
Later in the week, Haley and I traveled to Illinois with one of our consultants and transfer center experts, Jonathan Morris, to meet with Carle Foundation Hospital. During that visit, we learned more about Carle by taking a deep dive into their unique goals and needs and how additional solutions from Central Logic can facilitate ongoing growth and success.
Central Logic has a goal of making sure each customer experiences wildly successful outcomes. We are committed to regularly scheduled “remote and onsite health check” visits, like our November swing through the Midwest, which enable us to evolve and adapt as our customers continue to grow and change. Meeting face to face allows us to connect, get to better know our customers and strengthen relationships much more effectively than we ever could through emails or phone calls alone.
