This position requires a self-motivated, business-minded, and confident attorney with excellent interpersonal skills, an ability to manage changing priorities and a broad range of legal requests, combined with a desire to improve efficiency in the legal process. The successful candidate needs an understanding of and experience with SaaS agreements and will be expected to effectively negotiate agreements related to procurement, inbound software and services providers, partnerships, as well as supporting the sales team in responding to RFPs/RFIs. Sales Operations Specialist


The Sales Operations Specialist will support and enable sales teams to sell more efficiently and to effectively deliver sales performance and growth for Central Logic. This role will work with sales to ensure achievement for new and existing client business by supporting execution of respective territory and account strategies. Through effective cross-functional partnership with consulting, services and marketing, the Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role across the entire sales cycle; from prospecting to closing.
